Hey guys, I've never posted a layout that wasn't related to a certain game, so I figured this would be the place to ask.
This is my first custom layout, I made it in about an Hour and a half? I'm not done. But just tell me what you think?

The background is transparent so that when I code it, I can insert the background via CSS.
Looks pretty plain to me. But this doesn't belong here, it belongs in the Portfolio, as this isn't coded, it's an image.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a template, not a layout.
And, you made the background transparent so you can put a background behind it? Do you even know how to code a layout? What are you planning to do? Have a background, and just that image over top of it?

Instead of fucking complaining about it being in the wrong section, simply report it, and comment on the contents of the thread.
Otherwise, when the thread is moved to the correct section, you will just look like an idiot
I can make this design in 30 seconds with paint.
