But i want to know how much money to buy the license of a game like RO?
And if you happen to know for the new game like R.O.S.E Online?
And what is the MUST HAVE money we have to start our bussiness in ONLINE GAME?

but they ask us back with some question about how much we will offer for the license and how much for the monthly royalti.

I am not sure how much it costs... the price mainly depends on the popularity of the game, the country where the license will be used and the expected user base
for example in 2003 Webzen Inc sold a Mu Server license to New Era Online for USD 200,000 and 30% of the sales revenue... this license allows them to have a server in Thailand for 2 years only [Source: www.muonline.com]
now u have a feel of how much it would cost... also remember with the sophistication of todays MMO and the many more ppl that would play these games now then it used to be, the price might have rocketed
buy a license for a game for a wekk get the server files and make a server hehe

A Gravity license, your going to expected to cough up 500/600,000 for rose alone ( I ASSUME ). You probably wouldnt get much help from Gravity Korea or so ive heard.
I don't think you'll get the license even with that money unless you have a professional site, have strong and experianced staff/team and have enough after the license price to pay royalties, i assume the royalties will be quite a high amount.

Royalties would be about 10%/20% of you profit per month to Grav Korea..
You should fax/ring/email Gravity Korea.
there is no such thing as a fixed price for the ROSE license... it depends on the country...
before u talk to them u should be aware of:
-a high percentage of ppl connected to the internet
-a significant part of them should play MMOG
-what type of MMOG do they prefer
-how much does an average gamer spend on games (money and time)
-the competition (anyone else wanting to buy the license except u)
-more competition (what MMOG r u fighting against, i.e. what other games are out or are getting out)
-how much r u going to invest into this:
*hardware
*staff
*advertising
*maintenance
*support
*etc.
-how do u expect it to perform (number of user u r expecting, how it would look in the market next to the other MMOG, etc.)
-this list is NOT exhaustive, try to find as much info as u can
businessmen love statistics :P
i am quite sure past experience is an advantage but not essential, ur proposal is much more important (but try to be down-to-earth with ur proposal)
and the actual price should be a balancing act of server license price vs royalties... if Gravity knows how to do business they will be wanting to have higher royalties than more server license money... and u will try the other way round
since ROSE will have a definite advantage due to RO... $300,000-400,000 sounds quite reasonable if the country u want the license for has a high percentage of RO (or similar styled games) player considering they also get a bite from the royalties, which should be around 15-25%
actually, when talking over the phone, u can try to pretend to offer more... u can always try to bargain when u have ur foot inside the door :P
Another1, your $300,000/400,000 is a bit low for gravity (Due to the player base) plus, Gravity can't do business let alone keep other license holders in the know for patches (thus why Internation Gravity almost went bye-bye and euRO got more help...Meh)
yeah anywhere in the region between 300,000-1,000,000 they'd go for
