Dbc File Error :O

Hey guys! I'm new to WoW Developing, so I have absolutely no idea what's going wrong :P Anywho, I'm using arcemu, latest rev, and I'm trying to make a 3.1.1 server locally for testing stuff. However, Whenever I run the world server, it says there's a mismatch for some DBC's, and gives one of three errors:

!!! possible invalid format in file DBC/Spell.dbc (us: 231, them: 232)

I'm guessing either arcemu isn't compatible with 3.1.1 yet, or is there a way around this?

Did you install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 ?
Most common error.
Install it. Restart your computer, then extract your maps vmpaps etc again
