Gzip.exe

Has anyone forgot about this helpful file? It converts .txt files to .gzip. Used for making patches for your server. Just drag the files you want to convert (multiple files) to the gzip.exe file and it'll convert it automatically.
This file has been released somewhere but i don't see it around anymore. I don't take any credits. Just for uploading. Have fun.

Umm.. I downloaded it, and when I double click to run it.. A black window appears for about half a second and then disappears.. Help please? >_<;

I did. But it just appears like that, and disappears. Sorry for my bad wording in first post.
