Quests and GUI

Does anyone else have a problem where some of the quests wont' work? Most of them do, but there are a few (like the very first one in talking town) that just don't even pop up. I click on the NPC, hit Quest, and nothin happens. Kind of annoying... but not that big of a deal.

Also, I was reading a post the other day and I couldve sworn I saw a picture of an admin GUI for the Lineage 2 server. I can't find it anymore though... so I was wondering if there was a such thing? Not like the web based ones, but an actuall program of some sort. Thanks.

Some quests arent working due some issues with the english html translation for npcs.
As for the admin GUI, its called l2admin, search to forums their should be a topic on how to set it up.

Isn't that one of the web based admin tools? I'll check it out again.. but I thought it was only web based.
