Double Housekeeping[Release]

Introduction
In my Hotel alot of the Mods ask:"Can we make News or Ban people".But your the Manager and is scared they will mess up something in the Loader Configuration and etc.So you say "No".even if you dont have the time to make a News for your Hotel.So I've decided to make a Double Housekeeping!

The Double Housekeeping consistes of 2 Housekeeping.One for Admins and one for Mods(You may change it to Gold Hobba or Anything by changing a few codes)

Why did make this?

Because many Mods usally want to make News, ban people, and etc.

Whats different in the Mods Housekeeping then the Admin Housekeeping?

The Mods arent able to login to the Admins Housekeeping.The Mods Housekeeping doesnt have all the Options.which sometimes they would fool around with Loader configuration but now they cant!.

Yea, they can and they can edit the Users Modiication page.

Edit housekeeping/index.php and you can allow Moderators to create news or ban users.

No actually you cant.Not from index.php.The Index.php only decides who may be able to login and its set to > 5 Meaning Mods are able to login.

The way to let people on different .php files would be long.You would have to go on each php files and say Let users > 6 Enter and others > 5 not enter which makes a handfull of codes.also I like having 2 Housekeeping makes it look Gangsta.:p:
