Bubble-generator & Login-system

Heya everyone,

In the past few months i've been learning quite a few php things and i put those to the test by creating something without the help of any tut's.

This is what i made:
Bittybay SpeechBubble generator
Guildjuhh's (thats me) login-system (it's dutch!). <-- This one is the old version btw, an updated version is availeble to download freely, so if you guy's are interested i'll post download here ^^

Well, give your opinion about both things (don't look at the frontend of both, i just took some random layouts lieing around on my computer)
