It has no virus atall. Win32.Newmalware is just the .NET code it picks up. I thought hebbo's leak was a virus, and what did that turn out to be? Nothing.

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
being fair, unless you can show features and proof you made it.
Or do you admit that its just other peoples work mashed together.

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
Leaks are allowed.
Thanks for this source, it contains some usefull commands

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
Ixel, your the owner of openhotel right? Of course you would proclaim there's a virus.
Let me just address something, this source contains no malicious content - hence why I released the "source" rather than a compiled .exe so you can see what your working with.
If you don't trust the download then the answers pretty simple, don't download it.
I released this source for developers to use snippets or extracts as they desire for there own projects. Use it as you wish, it comes with no waranty.

Yes, because users were brainwashed by 'hebbo' in to believing and thinking that it was a "botnet", when in reality it was a perfectly working v32 emulator with no malicious content.
I can tell you one thing, the Habbo RaGEZONE section is full of selfish developers. If you take a look in all other areas of RaGEZONE such as the runescape forums you will be shocked to see how generous people are in helping and sharing work with one-another.

It's open, but right now the IIS is shutdown, due to J00P using an exploit through IIS to retrieve the source, and hopefully they will get themselves back into organization and function properly once again!! So the forum is down, and possibly the hotel is to, but he's going to find a solution to this problem..

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
As AresCJ said. Oh, by the way, j00p I must congratulate you on getting my very old version of the source which has lots of bugs and a nasty memory leak in. It's a shame you didn't find my newer source, but since I have now been alerted to your exploit I am waiting for a second server to be setup which will only host the web content on, no source code or exe for Holo. In the meantime IIS is shutdown, but if the provider I have ordered from doesn't set it up within 7 hours from now, as I have been waiting over 24 hours, then I will most likely shutdown Open and cease any further attempts at development, as well as take sides with Sulake in a fight for victory. It's a shame you ruin communities j00p.

And how did you even aquire this source, i will ask again.
/EDIT
Open hotel is DOWN! Good job jOOp.
Error report:
Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
How I obtained the source is classified ;), as I can use the same exploit on numerous other hotels to obtain there source code.
It's a shame he just closed, I was just in the middle of obtaining the latest update. Could you please re-opne? :/
Besides, I doubt Ixel will shut down openhotel just because of me, Ixel is raking in to much profit for that. ;)

Holocms RCE Exploit. Easiest way around this is host your exe on a different server to the holocms and keep your source codes on your pc and locked down with the best obfuscation you can find on your exes

Thanks for your advice, I will be doing that, if and only if I actually decide to remain open, for now I have set a deadline for the vps to be setup.

As I stated in my first post, developers can use snippets of the source for there own projects. They don't exactly need to use all of your emulator in particular.

So basically if you close down - you will join Sulake in the fight for victory?..
Your more or less stating that "If openhotel closes, then no-one else can run a hotel as I will report them by cohering with Sulake".
Just because your run a small hotel, doesn't give you the authority to report other communities because you have closed yours. That's just selfishness on your behalf.

I haven't ruined no community, all I have done is bring a new lease of life to open-source projects such as the Holograph Emulator. - The reason your annoyed is because the 'unique features' which your hotel once possessed have been released publicly for everyone else to enjoy.
Let's not forget something, you wouldn't have no hotel if it wasn't for the likes of Nillus and numerous other developers who go to great lengths in developing emulators. - I would say around 2% of the source I have released should be credited to you, if not that.
It's people like YOU who kill open-source projects and developers communitys.
G'day!

Your post is a real laugh, very entertaining. And sadly if you hadn't leaked other source codes such as my edition of it, then this would have never happened. You say I am selfish, well how is leaking people's various alterations of the source any different? Yup, you're selfish too in that case, for leaking an alteration of the source which wasn't yours in the first place. Nillus and numerous other developers decided to release their source, they didn't steal and leak it like you are, so try and not confuse the matters and read definitions from a dictionary more often. I can not wait to see future posts you make, as you make me laugh! :w00t:

I don't think users are going to give two tosses regarding the welfare of openhotel. It's just another 'retro' like the rest.

I can't spot no definition errors in joops post. Perhaps you should be one checking up the definitions in the dictionary?

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
Yeah, exactly. You don't necessarily have to share anything CUSTOMIZED that you coded into Holograph Emulator, only thing is that, you can't say it's CLOSED SOURCE or anything, that's against the rules... So therefore, Ixel isn't selfish, because if he was, he would've never gave Habbz the Happy Hour, even though there's was one already published. J00P, there's not point of trying to use Reverse psychology on anyone. You should've never leak the dude's "Custom Alterations" period.

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
No problem, I'm just repairing another version which I obtained. :D File attributes indicate it was last modified at the beginning of May. :)

Well, he hasn't had one way doors at beginning of May, yet again unlucky.
Just give it up, you won't get the OWD.

Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
Holograph emulator was released under the GNU licence. Stop crying and perhaps if you don't like having your shit ripped you should release the server and perhaps get some appreciation.
-
Re: Openhotel.co.uk - Holograph Emulator Source Code
Agree with Oni, MacabreOne and also j00p on this. I support open-source all the way. Sure if it was originally closed source then keep it closed source, but Holograph has always been open source and I don't care if the licence says 'you don't have to release it' - Well, it should be released in my opinion.
