Server name change

Hey, i have an problem.

I changed in server.ini (Server files) to MyServerName Quest Server 1

but when i login the server is just called Quest Server 1

why?

go to message.xml and find quest server.... then change it to ur servername quest server

Just type your server name. Example:- dRACE GunZ in server.ini
And in the Database open Server Status.dbo and name your server as dRACE GunZ Quest Server 1

So in game, it will appear as, dRACE GunZ Quest Server 1.
The In-game appearance of the server's name depends on what it is in the Database.

Okay in the server.ini i called it dRACE Quest Server 1

and in database dRACE Quest Server 1 but it hasn't changed, only in the corner when im in lobby it says dRACE Quest Server 1 -> Lobby -> Channel

Where is the link, and can you just copy the thing here on the thread what i should do, i would appricaite that, i have tried everything but its still called "Quest Server 1"

Open your messages.xml, search for quest server, and you can change it. It will still show the "1", but it will change the server name.

Okay i changed the name "Quest Server" to "dRACE Quest Server" inside the messages.xml
and restarted the server but on the login screen it's still called Quest Server 1 ?

Did you copy messages.xml to your MatchServer folder?

messages.xml was already in the MatchServer folder.

You still need to change the one in your system.mrs

go inside the message.xml and find Quest Server and change it to servername Quest Server...

now decrypt system.mrs and find message.xml and do that samething... if ur lazy copy the one in ur matchserver and paste it in system.mrs then compile ur mrs and ur done

I have Turbo (de) compiler.exe, MRS Decompiler.exe, mrs.exe, MRS Encrypter.exe Custom ... but I can not unpack the file system.mrs. pro can guide detail how the lock, open the file system.mrs. Thanks for your help!

did u even put the hashtab in filelist, after u put, copy all the stuff in system.mrs and drag it into your matchserver, will work!
