World with no access?

What would this world be like if internet was never invented? Do you think the life would be the same? I know its a short post, but I just want to know your thoughts. Me and my dad tonight had this deep convo when we went out to dinner, I was hella high and i dont know if he knew, but like I remember it because we got DEEP into it. So give me your thoughts, kay thx

Communication would be a lot more difficult (obviously).

research& info sharing would be old school.
everything in life would be old school.

You cannot ask what would happen if the internet was never invented, because you cannot stop it. From the moment the personal computer was invented, the internet was inevitable. And we all know that without computers, we would still be in the industrial revolution pretty much; everything would either be coal or steam powered.

So no, i do not think it is possible for a scenario to exist where there is no internet or computers.

I wouldn't have half the friends I do in real life. A lot of them are /b/tards.

Yeah, we would still have telegraphs, possible phones, ( Just a lot more confusing ), letters, and others o.o

Silly question tbh, its just the way technology has 'evolved' if we didnt have the internet we would progress very very slowly because sharing information would be very hard.

There would be no point in viruses, unless you just wanted to destroy someones computer by sticking your infected USB in it.

A lot of things wouldn't exist, I'm sure people have made inventions and businesses all because of the internet.
Well this question is pretty much deep rooted, it connects to so many things so a simple answer wouldn't work so all I can say is that a lot of people would be outside instead. :]
