Simple Question... How can I increase the upgrade rates in my server???

Caali files and Caali files with another name: you cant I guess

rhisis: you can modify on the source, we didnt make a config for it yet.

i dont know what server files i am using... but i think base on all my post here,my server files is Caali files...
