easy solution for ZEND Optimizer is to use xampp 1.5.2 with ZEND included so you dont need to install ZEND anymore
you can get it buy google xampp-win32-1.5.2-installer.exe or

xampp 1.5.2 was last with ZEND and its not included in newer versions

Hi Karli, sorry to disturb you. I need to know if you can help me in something.
I followed your video guide to setup muweb 9 with xampp i did have access trough the 127.0.0.1 and all worked perfect.
The only problem is i cant access it from outside. Or even inside the router using the servers machine ip.
I have a dynamic ip, so i use a no-ip address (one without the "-"), also i have a lynksys wifi router and the server machine gets the internet via WIFI (could this be the problem?) i can access the MU server from other machines (outside my router and other location) so my ip is reachable for playing.
I just simply place my ip address at the navigator and nothing happens.
i have the apache server ON. I am using all the files provided here. i dont know what else can be wrong.

if not then ur ports? firewalls <<< check firewalls.. turn them off . etc ;)

karli i was able to setup successfully and can log in my accounts in website but everytime i restart my server computer, website still loads normally but i can no longer log in any of the accounts.
i think i solved my problem now. i was probably using the wrong php.ini

i just did is download the xammp, php.ini and put it in
C:\xampp\apache\bin and paste, downloaded MU web from this thread and change C:\xampp\htdocs\config.ini "PUT my DB pass"
thats it,^^ no need download the video.. all of it is in set already :) the edit i just did was config.ini "PUT my DB pass"

My web is working perfectly when I access it locally. But when i tried to access my website from other people's computer (my global ip on the address bar), it redirected me to the router's configuration page (Prolink ADSL router's page). why is that?

u can use No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP instead of buying domain. but remember its not safer if u dont have domain.

when i install it on my PC it works fine except the part i need to make an administrator account and i get the error "There was a problem with creating administrator account"

Problem could be your XAMPP try reinstalling with the correct version i have on the main post.

Here's my problem... hope somebody can help...
I have successfully lunch the server in offline mode... this means i use local IP in ServerList.dat , MapServerInfo.dat + MuServer StartUp and edit the one IP in main.exe, so i can connect to the server normally.
but once i change that 4 IPs i had mentioned above to global IP which i had taken from (whatismyip.net), my client become cant connect to my server (always disconnected)
So what is my problem?
1. i had set the port forward in router side as of 44405, 55901, 55909 to my localIP
2. I even shutdown my windows firewall still cant connect
Question: do i need to use another PC to connect? if not, then what is my problem here?
