fixed ip

hey guys, i have fixed ip, cause everytime i visit whatismyip.com it doesn't change always and it still didn't change until now since i try to visit that website last 2 weeks, but how do i make the people connect to my server? do i need to install something? cause i try to type that ip but it said "Connection Interrupted" in internet browser:?:

you need him to be static not dynamic and add the ip to the hotuk and okip in you serverfiles you can check rft thread its really clear there..

theres nothing about how to configure your server online, but anyways, i tried it but i can't even access my IIS using the ip in whatismyip.com, im surely have static ip cause it doesn't change so whats the problem now?

reset ur router and test if the ip changes, thats the only way to know kinda ip
