NPC - Need help in some settings

I work on a new NPC editor.
I saw that there are values in file for Atk Power and Exp, stats and so on for NPC.
Why do NPC need this values?
Can someone explain it?

bcause the server will see it as a moob thats wy have that info,or else it will be an objetc and u cant manipulate as a char and put where u want, thats wy u can use monsters as npc as well

hola edu sera q puedes ayudarme en algo sobre los NPC.. yo puse uno en ricarten (decoy shop) cuando lo puse se ve bien, normal. el problema es que no trabaja. cuando le doy click no abre nada.. como hago para activarlo.??

So i think the settings are not important like exp,lvl and so on=)
Ill just copy an already existing npc and just edit it=)
