The banner is different from the layour.
Make them match a little bit and it will be awesome (:
As Kellynn said... The banner doesn't match the rest of the layout + it looks nothing like a habbo layout... Try basing it on the colours of the console, or the hotel navigation etc....

To be honest, it looks liek you took an already made layout and modified it in paint and left the banner in tact....
Yea Fox. I dont really like the blue, and it I think more effects would be better for this layout. Along with different colours.
My first habbo retro was better than this, even though I also used paint for that. But I love paint so yeah. :P
You shouldn't use bright colors (I spelt that right btw. -.-) It makes the layout look tacky. And you need to make sure the logo doesn't look all squashed up like it does now.
You also need to make it more habbo related by adding images, but don't use too many images otherwise it would make it look ugly.
