The frames move too slowly...and its hard to understand what's going on. I'll give it a 2/10.

Im not gona rate it but it isnt bad especialy for a 1st go. But next time draw more movments cuz here it frozen to long on certain parts you dont need to make it complicated to make cool movments "take a look at dragoin ball z not much moves" the dark color i ccouldnt have seen it eny other way. So keep it up evrybody gets good with time and practiss.
