And I modded my 360 and to date no problems what so ever. Before I did that it was not reading discs, or would get way too hot.It's like opening the thing up magicallly cured it of all its ailments lol.

Before they were bigger/less power, but you could ride and ride and ride (example: my Honda'97 - almost 250k kilometers on the counter and it still works like a bee, any missing oil? never, any strange sounds? what???)

Tipping ANYTHING with a disk spinning in a drive will destroy the disk. Happens in laptops, CD players, anything and everything. It's an incredibly stupid thing to do.
If the size of drivers has taught us anything, it's that the larger the storage the lazier the dev creating the software can be when it comes to wasted space. If you look at earlier games they were actually challenged, now if it doesn't fit on the disk you just use a better compression...

I've still got a Gameboy Color... works perfectly fine, and I've had it for about 7-10 years now. :) BUT, I don't really use it, I use my PSP now.

heh... I prefer PCs from consoles, and yeah the old consoles do last a lot, I still have my 115 games in 1 Cart.
dude, u never know if its broken or if one of the wires is out, or if its over heated/w.e.
take out all the wires and move the xbox somewhere else......then the nex day put all the wires back in the TV and xbox and it should work. Make sure ur wires are in properly. If it still does not work, u moved the xbox while it was on or something inside it is messed up, this usually only happens when u move the xbox while it is on. If u did move it, something must have chipped off(everything was running and u screwed it up) so now uve gotta get the chipped piece fixed(some of the plastic might have fallen on something important)
