Lets explain this shall we

GARBAGE SESSION CLEANING : ClientCount=0, SessionCount=1, AgentCount=1

Clientcount = how many players one
sessioncount = no idea
Agentcount = the matchagent :)

SessionCount is always +1 of the client count due to MatchAgent increasing it by 1.
