[S]Make a New Forum?

Suggestion :can any of the admins make a new forums? i mean something like "Graphic Zone" then a small forum inside "Graphic Request".
Reasons : I saw much people just keep posting new thread with his/her new siggy or whatever, i cant even find some useful thread which last posted few weeks ago.
I suggest that the admin could make "graphic show off" or something like that inside "graphic zone". IF VBulletin dont support as what i said... just forget about it
