can someone teach me how do i update the filelist?

Why the hell do you have to bump? You have to wait for 24 hours before you do so.
Just place the new thing in your Decrypted Files folder and build a filelist.xml

You need to brute the things you edited in .mrs.

No, no, no.

WinRAR would be the best option, in my opinion.

Just add the files to an archive and open the RAR file. Read the CRC32.

Or, use T6's filelist generator in the BR Gunz Setup Tutorial.
