bad practise to cut users text and dont post orginal one, just need to add quoetes

I encountered one problem. The Reset limit doesn't work. I tried to put Reset limit to 3 but when I login and reseted my character up to 3 and tried to reset again it still reseted my character eventhough I already put Reset Limit to 3.
