Great work on the images Ghost. I was unsure how to do it that way :)
Btw if anyone has any questions let me know.
I have made so that people who donate over 10USD will get 2 commands which are Yell (great for helping you sell and buy stuff as everyone sees the message) and xteleto where you can teleport to players and aid them when needed!

Looks nice, here are some things you could work on:
Full barrows (or a custom way where you get a random item at the end, makes it more like real barrows).
Kalphite queen with two forms (After you kill one the other appears).
Remember, private servers are for users to get a taste of what it is like to have something on real runescape, or do something on there so theres no need to worry about recreating RS things and loosing members.
Anywhoo, overall it looks like a nice server. I don't play 317s, but if I did I would surely check it out.
