I'm sorry, im going to tell you right now. I am not trying to be harsh, i'm just trying to help you, people like Styx, NSN and Aimed were blunt with me when i started, and i got better from it. I am not bashing you/ giving you an ego trip, im giving you constructive criticism, you can decide to listen to it or not.
Is this your first MODEL, or just SHOTGUN?
You need some help with texturing, a lot of tuts are out there that would suffice, but really you need to take some time and not go with the texture from view option. If you model for 1 hour, texture for 2.
Do not use others images, this could actually be against the law due to copyright issues (unless you have permission from the original designer/ owner of the image.) Yes this means you have to learn photoshop, I'm sorry to break it to you, but honestly there will come a day where you will have to learn it anyways (later on if you stay strong and stick with modeling).
Do not trace. TRACING IS BAD. This picture (link below paragraph) shows it all. Make sure that your item is smooth and not cardboard. You can do this by Extruding (E) then scaling it larger or smaller (S).

32 - 36 Vertice Circles/ Cylinders/ Cones.... Don't even get me started with them. These are bad for ever aspect of the model, including lag, visual, face/polly count. Keep it at 12-20 MAX, if it looks like a circle, good enough.
Triggers are useless in gunz, There is no animation for fingers, and the hand covers it up, self explanatory (just wasted space/ time/ lag/ polly/ faces)
I wish i had time to show you how to do this, but ive run out of time
<3 hope i helped (I really wasnt trying to be mean)
