GunZ server on cPanel / WHM?

Can I set it up on cPanel? I have WHM access.

No, cPanel runs on Linux, unless they already have Enkompass via a Beta release, I don't think so.

This goes back to the VPS topic that this dude posted. Unless you could have direct root access to the Machine, I'd say no.
