[vBulletin] Need Help [Help]

I'm trying to set my vBulletin forums up.
I get the error in the picture.
Can someone please help me set it up.

Enter the proper values in config.php. Really, what is not to get about that error?

$config['Database']['tableprefix'] = '';
$config['Database']['technicalemail'] = 'My email';
$config['MasterServer']['servername'] = 'localhost';
$config['MasterServer']['port'] = 3306;
$config['MasterServer']['username'] = 'My database name';
$config['MasterServer']['password'] = 'My database password';

There the main ones i think, i will tell you more information if you need it.
I replaced the text that says
-My database name
-My database password
-My email

Still in need of help.

Is that vBulletin copy even legal?

If it's illegal then download phpbb or SMF instead.

Nothing to do with the values entered in config.php. You need to give the user that you assigned to your database full permissions.

Prove to me that it's legal, and I'll help you.
