I thought of a cucumber and I think 2% is way wrong for the number of people who think something else, sure carrot comes more often, but not 98% of the cases, more like 50%

For your thesis : I'm actually a Portuguese but I don't even know how cucumber is called in Portuguese, I use English on daily basis and its the only language that I can write flawlessly.

I bet there are a lot more people who use mainly English and still didn't think of cucumber, I think its more background related rather than language. People who never saw a cucumber would never think of one

I heard this before and I got carrot x_x. Don't know if I subconciously knew it or the fact that I just came home with a KFC (yes at 2am (left it in the car while I was chasing sheep with friends high)) and was eating chips; I thought of potato.

EDIT: I only realised I done this before after I seen carrot btw
