Which emu software has the last errors

And by that I mean which emu software can you install without having to worry about going in and editing missing stuff such as missing quests, missing npc's, missing sales tables etc. I have my own server ready to setup with 4GB of ram & 3TB of space.

I'd like to simply get it installed and not have to worry about stuff that is missing basically, so which of these fits what I need?

Amber Mangos releases are the best... Most secure but not bugless...
