[Help] Game Masters,MuMaker

hi,is there any possibilty to let game masters use MuMaker without having to give them the sql user and password?
as example,i have to make an admin/game master account somewhere so they can login to MuMaker with the account i made for them?
I don't know if it's clear what i said,if it's not,tell me.:)

nope, need ur password to sql. otherwise they cant connect to ur databases.

K,but i already gave someone my sql name and password,and still he can't connect remote.An error shows up:

an error has occured while establishing a connection to the server.When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.(provider: TCP provider, error: 0-No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)

Someone knows what this means or how i can solve it?
