I think with Microsoft Visual Basic 6 or with a other version ^_^
The original Item editor is VB6, there is a more competent one (by Sandurr) that is closed source, and probably VC7 according to PEiD. Pritator is VB 2005/2006 .Net managed code. I don't know that I've seen source for the Monster Editor that came from SONNB... I would guess VC6 / VC7 but it's that clean, they could even have used an x86 Assembler. I've not checked for vcrt linking.
Why on earth are you asking? As I say, it's not hard to run an exe through PEiD, and unless you can get source code, what is the point in knowing?
If you need the source files here:

I don't really understand Java. I get particularly confused between Java and JavaScript, because they are so similar, and yet so different. XD
Sun now have Java to a point where you can distribute Java applications which look totally native regardless of which OS you run them on, where as, when I was taught Java, every Java app ran on the Java VM and you knew it. It was like you had a Session on a Sun CDE workstation rather than an application running locally on your PC.
But because of the way Java is now so integrated and native on any system, I really don't understand why Microsoft are pushing .NET so hard. It's just the same idea, only .NET applications don't run on Linux and MacOS and .... whatever .... exactly the way they do on Winblows.
I also notice that very native looking and very fast operating Python applications are now being produced. Though I don't think they run quite as quickly as .NET or Java, that may be down to a lack of JIT optimization. Still Python looks very competent to me, and it's another language I would like to find the time to learn.
Best of luck.
@tr1pl3x1: Thanks for the shares. I always need the source. XD I don't trust what I can't see the code for, and you have just shared some that I believe I have never seen before... in source form.
