create character no equips

well i use ilovepie's item set but when i create a new char their equips are not here plz help ...

It's what he said. There is an error somewhere in the zitem, so it just causes the whole thing not to load. You can search by hand go through every item in there and search for missing " or incorrect strings or things like that, or you can search around. There are a few zitem tools that were released here on RZ that might help you find the bugs.

Fix the bugs, you get your items back.

well, i agree with Weaver. Your problem is that your using a custom Zitem.xml when you do that the DB has no clue what to put on your character because its already set to a specific zitem ID number. Just change the number in the DB to the id numbers of the items you want to use.
Hint : the stored procedure is sp.InsertChar

there is no such sp.InsertChar table 0.0 help?

You make it sounds much more time consuming than it really is. It's as simple as opening the zitem in IE and it gives you an approximation of where the error is, after that it's just a matter of finding the error in that area of coding. It'll usually tell you what's the matter if you pay attention.

If I'm thinking about the right zitem here then it was an odd error that I hadn't seen before... it said that there was a missing "<" but everything was there, removed the "<" for shits and giggles and put it in again and it worked. On another one it was a space that was doing that, or it might have been in the same zitem. I do so much work on these things that I can lose track sometimes :)

You really should edit the DB yourself instead of asking someone else to do it for you, otherwise what's the point? You don't learn anything if you have someone else do it.

Asking for help isn't a problem in itself but if you ask someone to do it for you won't understand the mechanics behind the situation. And what if you have to do it again and the script won't work again because something was different? You'll be right back where you are now asking for assistance.

In this specific case all you have to do is pay attention to what's in sp.InsertChar table (and have a brain...) and edit the item id's to match the new ones in your zitem. If you can't figure that out then another way to do it is to simply figure out which items you want when you create your character and edit their item id's to match the ones in the database.
