But lets get to buisnes, The Armature is set to the ID's of the old Mesh.
You have to ReRig the entire Set.
Than you need the tool wich Phantom gave to shush.
And last but not least you need to decrease the Verts lol
Btw. Nice Mesh, but your Belt looks realy bad ^^"
I see some Texture/UV Map errors or w/e you want to name it.
Look for example on my Kratos Set (WiP)

So far 617 Verts, the Pants/Shoes and Gloves will be together around 700-800 i gues.
Im trying to stay below 1,5k Verts.
Reason?:
LAG Reduction
Srsly, Remove some Verts and keep your mesh clean.
Low Res Models are less Laggy and Faster to load for GunZ.
Ps: I hate that blur on the Belt from the Camera Distance...
Duno why its happening ...
Btw yes, i like to use the Base Body for Reference :3
