hey there, im not so sure about this , it kind of worked for me tried it once. anyway :
go to stats\skills\(find ur xml files for item skill: Empower)
then find its ID and go to navicat, and open item atributes
if ur weap has allready augm u ll see it there, change the augment id
.you can find ur item id from the items, u ll find ur char id, then ur item id(enchantment helps).
hope i helped u a bit although u might have find it out since 5 days xd
