Anyone can post for me good english privates server?
What is "good" in your eyes and how English does English need to be?
There are many Private PT servers using English for their game client... Each have a number of USPs.

Heroes Fairly good, quite popular.
Unique of course.
Chaos Good folks, long running server, now has 2 servers with different rates.
Giga European I think, don't know them well.
Xternal Presently suffering from outside influences, from the state of forums. But normally good team and community.
