[Male Only] Hands kept shaking

I've been wondering about this for so many times and I've never seen studies on how to avoid this kind of action but my mind is not telling me to do this even me don't wanna do this.
My hands kept shaking even though I'm very calm. And majority of the males hands are shaking what does this mean?:/:

ya, i have no idea. Hands shaking can mean your worried, anxious, or nervous. After awhile your mind gets so used to it you stop worrying, thus no hand shaking

Yes.
I naturally have shaky hands.
No hugely shaky, but playing Jenga is a pain.

I never shake my hands, unless I'm trying to hold something heavy, steady. But I do shake my legs a lot in school, etc. But that's mainly because I'm cold, or I just want out of class.

My hands kept shaking whenever I'm done training in boxing or sometimes whenever I'm done reading something or even holding a camera I can't even focus on a straight and perfect sight since my hands kept shaking.
