it's because you use a modded zitem.xml :glare: this has been explained and told how to fix alot use search and double check tutorials and releases and older help threadsQuote:

Programmability > stored procedures > dbo.spInsertChar > common sence ;)
tho if your not sure backup your db before you try anything :p
