Few weeks ago I ripped Habbo's Maintenance layout (was going to meet some mates at my hotel and it was under maintenance, so I ripped it).
With the help of BabelFish translator, I've translated it to English, German, Portuguese and French. England and Portuguese are my main languages, so the translation is 99% accurate.

As you can see, there's 4 flags on the top right corner of the page, which allows the user to pick his desired language.
If you wish that the Twitter feature (yes, it does work & updates automatically) to work, open up index.php on Notepad and change the "NabboHotelPT" part ,from the variable $twitter , to your Twitter username.
