Something wrong with Logon DB

can someone help me with this error? when I make a character I get this error in my .exe I know its because of the Logon DB but I dont know how to fix it :/

<- here is a clue for you.
Imho you used wrong Characters DB or didn't update it properly. Write some more info about your server (core version, used updates (if any)).
