[Help]How do i let others connect to my server? (Offi)

hey guys :)

so ive started all the exe files and everything looks fine now :)
so...how do i let others connect to my server? this is a prat i dident saw in any guide on the offi files? ^^ i wanna try playing with a few friends :) so can somone help me? ^^

Edit:oh and another small question...somone knows how to change in-game music? like the music at the login screen and the music in-game later :)...i wanna change it to my songs if i can do such thing :D

If only i knew...i have no idea in register scripts i have no register page i just wanna test the files with friends not open some crazy ass server hehe cuz i know he wouldent survive for a day or two my computer is not strong enoght and even if so Deadly would surly crash my house if i do so ^^ just wanna have some fun with friends :)

oh there are more? who else? :D

so can anyone help me? i tryed changing some ip's to my NO-IP but still other people cant connect...can somone tell me excecly the ip's i need to change in the offical files? please ^^
