Why Channel's server is shut down itself.

We cannot answer that one without some logs or at least some information. The logs almost always tell you everything you need.
For the hostname it looks like the server is picking up a hostname through dhcp but the server name doesn't matter as long as the IP address is in the correct range (which it is if you can connect).
