This guide is for the people who need to be spoonfed.

How to setup your GunZ Web Server.

1. Web Server Programs

There are many programs to use for a website. Most common ones are;

AppServ
Apache
EasyPHP
Wamp
Xampp

The best choice is AppServ or Xampp with all its features and MSSQL Support.

2. Loopback Adapter

Loopback Adapter is a IP Stablizer, or better connection to the server and web host.

A. How to install. First you want to go to Start>Control Panel>Add Hardware>Next>Yes, I have already conneced the hardware>Next>Add New Hardware Device>Next>...[Advanced]>Next>Network Adapters>Next>Microsoft>Microsoft Loopback Adapter>Next>Next>Finish.

B. How to Configure it. You would want to do, Start>Run>CMD>Ok>IPCONFIG>Enter

Copy the IP, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway.
With the IP, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway you would want to change the IP's last 3 numbers and change it to a 100-150 area and remember it.

Open Start>Control Panel>Network Connections and then open the one with the Description of Microsoft Loopback Adapter.

Go to Properties>Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)>Properties

Click "Use the following IP Address:" and then add the IP, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway. And the Preferred DNS Server is the Default Gateway IP. Push Ok and Ok and Close.

3. Portforward

Ok now for portforwarding is simpler. Go to http://portforward.com and search for your router and learn how to portforward.

Ports are;
8900(GunZ Server Port)
7777(GunZ Server Port)
6000(GunZ Server Port)
80(Web Port)
8080(Web Port)
1433(Optional if connecting from a different PC)

If there is a Port Option for IP use the one you used in LoopBack Adapter. And if there is a selection for "Both" use it.

5. DoS/DDoS Protection Software

Fortguard
D-Guard

FortGuard/D-Guard will only half of the DoS/DDoS attacks and keep the ports stabilized.

So how would you go about making a seperate website for registrations only?

Not bad, and with a layout nice job.

Thank you if might ork for noobs but i got my register page all done just need the server just stoping by to say nice.
