[Help] Can't connect to server using dynamic IP

Hello,
Yesterday I've created my own cabal private server, but I can only make it run in 'localhost'. Today, I tried to change the IPs to make my server public, but when I tried to login in the game, It doesnt.

Fixed on IRC. A few incorrect IP addresses and a Hamachi network interface was being bridged with vmware. I added to the exception list but you can just remove Hamachi.
