Server problem..

I have a problem at my server.

The server is working,but not evryone can enter it.

I mean,most of the people can but some of them cant.

What can be the problem?

He Means that most of the people can see the servers ..
and somepeople dont ... i work with him in the server xD

that is odd, uhm are you sure everyone has the exact same client, and all have the same updated files? Did you release a manual patch that was needed to be downloaded but some people didn't download it?

nope ... all downloaded the same client ... it was our first release ...

In that case people that can't see the server has the anti-virus/firewall blocking it.

how do i tell them how to fix ?

First ask them what anti-virus they have.

Then research and find out how to make an exception with that anti-virus,

make a tutorial on your forum, and tell them to follow it.

or some of players can't view the locator port
