Building Map Problem ._.

Hello,

i wish someone could help me.

i made a map with textures and stuff..

i didnt made spawns yet but i wanted to tested build.

When i press build no ligh it comes this..

"The program can't start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

then obviously MSVCP71.dll is missing? :o
I wouldn't know cause i ain't a dev.
