Once the sole giant of the home video game industry, Nintendo is now making moves to stay in the game. With Xbox 2 and Playstation 3 possibly due out within the next year and a half, Nintendo is betting on a revolutionary new approach instead of trying to muscle the next generation consoles with power. Yeah, I believe in the gyroscope, touch-sensitive controllers scenario.

I've heard this stuff so far.. but I can't say much for this next release; this is nintendos last release. The touch-pad controllers seem visionary.. not very appealing. However, the system sounds incredible. PS3 is looking to be the 'be-all end-all' at this point. Then again, they have some pretty sketchy designs which most likely can not be filled(psycho-indusive chip, cell technology..).
The only thing im positive on are the gyroscopes since nintendo trademarked them.
But they might be saving them for later....
Revolution also has an inbuilt WiFi which has already be confirmed from nintendo

sounds umm. . . intense. Sounds really crazy for a console, makes me think of the VisualBoy in a way. . . hope it comes out good for them, im DEFINITLEY looking forward to it

I heard that the Revolution will beam shit directly into your brain @_@; (J/K Sony already patented that technology). But yea..i heard Nintendo Revolution has the "Make Parents STHU" Technology, it is said to have a power to make your parents shut up when you're playing games n such....so they dont distract you with something trivial as cleaning your room.
P.S. I also heard that the collectors edition will come with a free kilo of weed.

Saw a video of a headset and you wear over your head , basically like a totally 3d environment and the box looks like a brian.... could be fake but looked well cool.

dnt know if you lot know this yet but that nintendo-on thing is a concept video made my sum japanese fanboy. its not the revolution, and not the rev in action. if you look around again i think hes made another one havent watched it as...cba searchin for it.
revolution also will not have the internal hard drive as rumoured which is a shame. it will still use memory cards...bit of a downer.
the closest thing we can see to the revolution in action is the red steel screenshots which were scanned in from sum magazine so the qualitys pretty piss poor. if you scroll down you can see them here
