I need some help with PS
Well, I know only basics on PhotoShop so I am asking you for help. This wouldn't be long.
Just look at the image:

I want to make a "leveled overlay" or something (I don't know how this is called).
One border of the layer should be 100% visibility, other -i.e. 0%.
BTW, I am using PS CS.
Thanks for help.

I'm kinda confused, care to explain in a bit more detail? :)

u are talking about opacity of the layer or something?

Well, yes. About transparency. But the new layer shouln't all be transparent. I need just only one corner to interflow to other layer. To make the effect that the layer dissapears gradually.
I don't know if I made my self clear. I am really new in PS.

okka
okay mate here is ur solution is. i think u meant gradient transparency for a layer.
first 'em all. place ur images into 2 different layers as following image;

select first one and click to Add Layer Mask button from bottom;

now select Gradient tool from tool box. and from properties of it select black to white and linear:

Now just simply draw a horizontal line from point1 to point2 as picture shows:
