MSSQL 2008 Connection Problems

Hi people. I would like to find some help here, because i have a big problem, which doesn't let me to start my server and web.

I have windows 7 installed, and I use MSSQL 2008. I done everything, like Restoring DBs without errors, i start my server normally without errors and i can connect to my server too. But when I try to create web through AppServ or Xampp it says that something doesn't wants to connect to mssql. And it says that error is on line like, where are scripts realated to mssql connection.

you must be putting 127.0.0.1 in the config files where it says host. try putting your sql server name instead of 127.0.0.1
