So you release the files but you don't guarantee they work?

Either release the database along with it, or don't release it at all. Plain and simple.
You can download this Files only as a Premium user from rapidshare.
Host it on a 2. Mirror pls.

So, the file isnt full but if you have V11 and v13 files you can...
Take .ini for v13, and lua from v11+v13, take v11 DB + procedure + v13 DB + v14 DB.
All files a success.... i need to add v14 items weapons and is work, i think.
But it can work.
