DatabaseServer cant read databaseserver.ini

Hello,
I have tried to start V14 offi files but when i try to start the databaseserver.exe it always says to me

But the databaseserver.ini is in the Script Folder here is it :

[NOTICE] Regarding v14 Help Questions.

I got thro that problem, now need to figure out the thing, why world server is crashing. Reading error logs.

Edit. Ok now, the World server is opened, but with (Nor Reponding) tag. Investgating.

Edit2: Guys, i remember someone had a problem like this:

But i can't seem to find anything in the search. This is an error from the World server. It just stuck with Not Responding.

Edit3: Now im getting Abnormal program termination.

i got the same problem.
i cant find out what is missing.
maybe we just got the wrong inis.
