[Help] Bat error

Hello im reletively new to makeing a RO server and i followed the guide from and im useing the stabe eathena files.However when i go to run the loginserv.bat it gives me this error. "loginserv.exe is not recignised as a internal or external command.The login server has crashed! restarting in 15 ecounds." i do not know what is causeing this problem as eathena website there guide section is down and this is the only up to date guide i can find. Anyone have any idea's?
