@ Eternal, maybe launch it manually. Worldserver needs some time to bind to the port
@ Yakov94 - Go to your world.props and find these lines.
channel.net.interface=localhost
channel.net.port=1336
Change localhost to your remote IP (http://www.whatismyip.com/automation/n09230945.asp) and 1336 to 7575
